  Looking for an electrician. The thermostat wires on our hot water heater are fried. It's under warranty and the hot water heater company is wanting to just replace the parts but I don't feel comfortable doing this. They said they would replace the whole thing if I had a plumber or electrician tell them it's unsafe to leave in our house. I had a plumber come out and they were supposed to call and let the hot water heater company know it's unsafe but they have yet to do this. Not having hot water is no fun! I want this taken care of ASAP. Any help or advice would be great! :) thanks!
