Good real estate attorneys? Does anyone have any particularly good/bad experiences with local real estate attorneys?
We're looking into buying the house we currently rent from our landlord, thus cutting out the realtor middle man - however we'd still obviously need to deal with a real estate attorney as part of the process.
We would like one as affordable as possible, but not so cheap that we're sacrificing quality of work. Reviews for attorneys are surprisingly few and far between so hopefully reddit has some experience..

Blake T Webber has handled mine and all my friends closings. Give him a call. He was prompt, courteous and certainly knows what he's doing. He is pretty young for an attorney so his rate was good (this was 2 years ago) Edit: His website: http://www.blaketwebber.com/
Can anyone recommend a qualified, trustworthy local attorney? Must be able to handle real estate law beyond the paperwork needed to sell or buy a home.
