  You can try Olde Towne Cycle. They are off of Rt 17 behind East Coast gas. Check them out at www.oldetownecycle.com. They are at 125 Falls Run Dr. #107, Fredericksburg, VA 22406 (540)424-2235 They are not cheap but quality work is important in my book. He works on any bike but is Harley certified.
