  We are looking for a licensed electrician and plumber. We finished our downstairs 16 years a go without permits (everything has worked fine). We want to sell our home of 27 years but the city of Salem requires that these two areas are examined and signed off by a licensed contractor. The housing industry is going strong and we are having a tough time finding anyone that has the time to do this (and is willing to sign off on our work). Anyone have a license? A relative, or friend who might be interested?
