Absolute joke. Got his machine stuck in our drain for a $100 job to unblock our drain, and came back first thing next business day to excavate our backyard and get it out, left a massive hole in our yard and no possibility of using toilet or shower etc, then just left without saying anything. After chasing him up he said he’d come back to finish the job once we’d moved everything out of his way (a few pot plants and a bench). We did so and expected him back ASAP but he stated he wouldn’t be back for another week. Once that day came we waited all day and he contacted us at 7.30 at night to say he would be there the next morning without any other correspondence. Came next day at 8.30am and called through the open front door without knocking or ringing bell, by the time I’d gotten out of bed to the door he had already legged it to his van and left. Then contacted us claiming the gate was shut and he couldn’t get in when it was open and that the stuff he had requested be moved had not. This stuff was around the side of the house and there was no way he could see it from the gate. he then claimed he had spent too much time and money at our house and to find a new plumber, leaving us in the lurch with no plumbing and a massive ravine in our backyard. Absolute joke reading back this story but the bloke also claimed to have almost killed a clients dog the previous week by getting his hose wrapped around its neck so don’t expect anything more from Nuzplumb.
