  C A Nixon Roofing comes highly recommended up here in PV - I'm not certain if he does more than roofing but he must since he helped in the rebuild of a friend's house - might be worth giving him a call. (619) 473-1285. Ronnie and Deanne might be good sources for info as they are always reworking things.
