  Does anyone have any recommendations for affordable reputable plumbers to find an outdoor water leak between the meter box and the house? I have already called the city out and they notified me that it is not on their side of the meter box. I am willing to dig down to the pipe if it means a cheaper service call. Would prefer local but price is more of an issue.
