  I finally found enough energy/ strength to get someone to look at the improvement grant for my home, I've to find a builder to give me a price for cementing under my floor ..just over 2 foot deep gap ... the architect could see sewage had come in under my living room floor, he also he said I need to get a price for a flood gate...I'm not good at stuff like this any recommendations would be very greatful, I nearly didn't fill in for it but a post on here was very encouraging, glad I did just not sure of these next steps.
