Orangery不是橘子，這裡代表的是橘園。
在義大利Orangery是一種保護柑橘樹木過冬的玻璃屋，後演變成歐洲富貴人家與親朋好友享受午茶的庭園小屋。
迴柑橙特別取譯其中的意思，帶著城市中難得的流水綠意，給大家一個心靈放鬆的園地﹔像是保護樹木過冬的小屋，讓大家可以享受的快樂與歡樂。
城市的生活，充滿著匆忙與煩惱，迴柑橙希望帶給大家最安心、最幸福的手作餐點，用家庭烘培的方式，給大家最扎實美味、最懷念的道地滋味。
An orangery was not just a greenhouse but a symbol of prestige, wealth and a feature of gardens, in the same way as a summerhouse. Often the orangery would contain an area in which to entertain in inclement weather.
Orangery cafe is inspired by the same idea, where we provide a hint of rare green in the city center, and a best entertaining area for you to go through any harsh weather in life or just here to sip up your festive moments.
