About us
KC Cake Bites started in the summer of 2010, with a twist on a family tradition. 50 years ago, Jennie Tidona started baking birthday cakes in her basement. Over the years, she turned her birthday cake side business into the most delectable wedding cakes and Italian cookies in Kansas City. At 94 years old, Jennie continues her love of baking and has rubbed her talents off to her two daughters and granddaughter.
Janine, Marietta and Jenna are the three women that have been inspired and now follow in Jennie’s baking footsteps. They now carry on their family tradition with cake bites, a truffle-sized ball of moist cake, covered in decadent chocolate and decorated with artisan flair. Great taste with unique design is what KC Cake Bites brings to Kansas City.
