For instance, there's a new one in Clifton Village, on Waterloo Street, called "Noa Restaurant" which is quite good.   Thanks for mentioning the Stanton House Hotel. I went there one evening for a meal in the Mount Fuji restaurant, which was really nice. But the Sunday buffet lunch would be a lot cheaper. I must try that sometime! The website is: www.stantonhouse.co.uk

  My favourite is a little far from Bristol, but I always think worth the drive. I love the Sunday lunch buffet at Stanton House Hotel in Swindon - it's so cheap, includes an eat-as-much-as-you-like buffet, green tea, rice, soup, even dessert! Last time I looked it's about £11 per person (kids under 5 are free). Sushi is available but this is extra. As an added bonus, the shop is open on a Sunday, so you can stock up on natto, edamame, pocky or whatever!
