  A old friend of Roger's is an HVAC guy who is very honest and very fair... He's from another country, so he's a little hard to understand, but he's very nice. Not sure how to spell it, but his name is pronounced "Reefits". Tell him you are Roger Stinnett's niece if you give him a call. 859-539-7222. Hope he can help!
