  Recommendations for a good plumber **appliance guy** who wont charge me a arm and a leg? The top rack of my dishwasher is not getting clean and I have already tried cleaning all the spray arms, filters and running it on empty with vinegar and baking soda....Im wonder if its the intake valve? Jimmy Day plumbing wanted 92 to just even LOOK at it...I have done most the troubleshooting already! If anyone has suggestions on how else I can fix it let me know.
