  Ok so i have a question ...... does anyone know who i would report my apartment complex to?? For failure to provide proper living conditions?? I just moved in a month ago and the apartment manager will not send maintenance to fix the problems in our apartment. And i found out two weeks ago we had a pest problem i got a quote on it to fix it and the guy even talked to her but she said its a personal problem i need to pay to fix it. But the pest are living in the walls and were here before i moved in and are biting my kids.
