  Kerry W. wrote: Ben installed a tankless water heater in our house. In November, during that cold snap, the supply line separated. The connection had only been soldered on half of the supply pipe. We were out of town. The water poured for 18 hours. $120,000 damage. Turns out Ben has no insurance, is not bonded and reported no longer has a license. Good luck.
