  Hi there and thank you for accepting my request to join the group! My husband and I bought a house on E Bayview two years ago this past February that is built it 1920. We are in the process of breathing new life back into this old lady and it is a process. We don't have AC and will be in need of a roof soon. Does anyone have any contractors that they have used for this that did quality work, that you recommend? Larger business are fine but I would rather see my money going to a local mom and pop business. Thank you for your input.

  Brian, I went to Allied Building Products over on S Mil Hwy, ordered my shingles and all the other material I needed. They delivered it, ON my roof. Then I called Tom@816-9203 and he had a crew come out and do all the labor. A little work on my end by ordering all the material myself but saved me a few K. I think I spent a total of 4 k and went all new 30 year architectural with 2 new skylights.
