My cousin and his sweetie are moving back to Billings, and they are looking for a decent apartment in a good area that will allow them to bring their kitty cat for around $700/month or less. Ideas? They are looking on all the websites for the property management companies, so any private listings or other places to look besides the property management places would be great. Fabulous people.
