This fundamental guideline was completely ignored by Dr. Leslie Sanders and her office at Ladies First. My daughter who is 32 weeks pregnant made an appointment to obtain care from this facility one month in advance. She brought her records from her old physician in Tennessee to Florida one month prior to the appointment. She advised the facility that she was relocating to Florida from Tennessee and needed a doctor. The day of the appointment Ladies First said they tried to call her to tell her the doctor could not see her. My daughter informed this facility she was traveling from Tennessee as she was in the final month of her education to receive her Bachelors degree in Social Work. After she received her degree she was to have her baby in Florida. Allow me to provide some background, my daughter was residing in my home in Tennessee, I put the house up for sale and timed the sale of the house to coordinate with the birth of my daughters first child the completion of her education and her relocation to Florida. The cost to travel to Florida from Tennessee is around 120.00 round trip for gas, I took the day off work at a cost of $256.00. Now the baby is going to be born in Tennessee instead of Florida, I am going to have to take two weeks off work to care for this child for the first two weeks of his life. I have to remove my house from the market as the baby’s immune system is not fully functional until about six weeks from his birth and I cannot have random strangers coming in out of the house with a newborn. Now that Dr. Leslie Sanders and Ladies First completely ignored my daughter and her child’s first appointment, I have to reevaluate the plans I made for my daughter and the birth of her first child and the sale of my house in Tennessee. In closing the Neglect of Dr. Sanders and the lack of responsiveness from Ladies first has affected three lives. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

  Ok Navarre. Need some help. I'm on the look for a new doctor in the area. I have a good list of doctor's that are in my network here. Just need to find a doctor who does take the time to find results to issues. Who is truly caring and concerned and doesn't just send you on 50 missions of surgeries in hopes it fixes a problem. An organized office. Time to switch over. Just trying to find results..I'll listen to the good and the bad. Looking for a Obgyn and regular doctor. Please and thank you!

  Dr. Erika Schneider is a wonderful ob/gyn!! She has plenty of time for her patients!! Never in a hurry!! Office # 432-7310. She is part of the Baptist group and sees patients in P'cola and Gulf Breeze. Good luck!
