  Dr. David Banks 924-1177 at Val Vista and Southern. We've gone every 6 mos for probably 20 years now so my kids have grown up going there. His wife Shawna is wonderful. They are a two person operation in the office. They don't double book and I rarely have to wait to be seen. You would have to call and see if they take Delta for sure, but I believe they do. They also don't have you pay up front. They bill the insurance and then bill you the difference. You can pay payments if you need to. They are fair, honest people and we still go there even though we now live in Queen Creek. We all have appointments next week as a matter of fact! lol Oh, they are also opened every other Saturday!!! I can't say enough good things about these two. My kids have received shots prior to getting a filling and didn't even know it! I asked them about it afterwards. Now that's GOOD!!! ha ha
