  So I just went through the same process! I couldn't find anyone locally, but stumbled across someone in Portland that takes the google maps images, And gis and designs it from there. Her site is http://lindaroyerdesign.com/ - and she understood everything from trailer turning radius to acres per pasture. I highly recommend at least talking to Her!
