  Who can suggest a great pediatrician in the Bear/Newark area? Our pediatrician is retiring due to migraines. I'm so sad because she is the best pediatrician and a such great person in general. I'm not sure I want to stay within the practice. I need someone who listens, explains, is willing to consider (but not married to) a homeopathic/holistic approach, understands parents know their kids better than anyone and is willing to work together.
