  808-241-7000 JBs a auto in lihue. By far the most professional. Estimate was 20 percent less and didn't do work that didn't need to be done. Tried 3 other shops here, JB by far the best.

  Kauai peeps - any recommendations for transmission repair on Kauai? I've had a negative experience with Western Motor Service in Hanapepe several years ago (while taking our money, lady told us she hates haoles who move to Kauai and "take our jobs"), but I've heard they have a reputation for being the best transmission people. I also see SAS Unlimited in Lihue but know nothing about them. I won't go anywhere near Midas. I believe my transmission has a small problem, and I don't want to get ripped off.
