  Robert S. wrote: Met Andy as an apprentice to his GPaw 20 years ago. As an example of "customer support", one Easter Sunday we had a disaster with people coming over for Dinner. There was no shut offs under the kitchen sink. I had to kill the whole house supply. When I got Andy He was at services and was due to go to his family's house for brunch. He instead cam here and fix my faucet to include installing shut offs for both hot and cold. When he gave me the bill I was very surprised. There was no surcharges for holiday/Sunday/ etc. His response to my query was that he only charges regular hours - no overtime etc. Guess he got his values from GPaw. No one else has ever touched my plumbing! Go with the best! Tell you about the drywall screw through the sheetrock into the copper pipe some other time...
