  Pierre J. wrote: This man Howard is a fraud we signed a contract with him for heating and plumbing he took us for $6,000. He never finished the work , he ran with our money after the second payment.This man is bad news don't give no cash Upfront , he is a thief.

  Peter S. wrote: Howard is incompetent. He took 4 months to replace 2 valves. Now that one of them is not working, He has taken 2 months, and all he has done is to remove the old valve. He lied that he bought a replacement valve, then lied that he bought a part for the valve. He cannot be trusted.
