  Ok, my Facebook friends in the Columbia Area...I'm in need of suggestions...we built our home and moved into it in November...we still have not gotten our home warrantee that was in the contract, the contractor did not pay the landscaper and we are stuck paying over $200.00 a month to avoid having a lean on our home and there is work that is still not completed ( AND we purchased our own appliances, most of our lighting and faucets and towel bars...so he owes US money!) Can anyone recommend an attorney that you have used and who will go after this guy? We have tried texting, calling, sending letters and even certified mail, which we got back because he did not pick it up from the post office) Any suggestions or direction would be greatly appreciated!
