  My neighbor has a business named Perfect Solutions. They do deck cleaning/restoration etc. His name is Bob Grimmett. Paul went to school with his sons and has know the family for years. We've never had the need to use him, but his work truck is always gone so I think that's a good sign that he's constantly got business LOL His number is 399-7509 I'm not if he does exactly what you're looking for but it's worth a call.
