  Sounds like you have some good suggestions. I would just like to mention that a seamstress bought the McFarland place (the big yellow Victorian in Bellevue Park). She has been sewing for many years and is trying to start this business here in Harrisburg. If anyone is in need of having something hemmed or altered or a zipper replaced, I am sure she would appreciate the business.
