  Where are you living? I have always gone to Warren's Exhaust, he is located outside of Coatesville. He's reasonable compared to others, and very quick. Not sure if he takes payments, but it never hurts to ask! And he can quote you a price over the phone, usually. The number is 765-386-2264. Good luck!

  I know it is kinda out here near me in Putnam County, but there is a guy I've had do work on my CSP Fiero that does an amazing job. He does the work in a shop beside his house and his welds are outstanding. Warren's Exhaust - (765)386-2264
