  Bluegrass Shoe Repair. It's inside a little mall like thing with a tailor, barber, Dad's Sandwich Shop (Which you need to check out) etc. It's near the Big Lots and the Autozone 820 Lane Allen Rd # 136 Lexington (859) 278-3031

  Last I checked there's a place in Eastland Shopping Center that I've never used, but I've heard is just some little old guy still doing things the old-fashioned way. Not to discount realbabysealclubber's recommendation of Bluegrass Shoe Repair in any way, just giving you another option.
