  Lois J. wrote: No Stars. I was shocked to learn the employee was "finished" when there were wide, bold streaks all over the carpet. I was also shocked that he went over my dusty porch/steps and out to the street to his truck, walking back iin over living room freshly washed, wet carpet without "booties" to cover his shoes. I called the company and owner said the employee would return to "rake" my carpet. But I had to wait 8 days for this to take place! Meanwhile, I was terribly embarassed if anyone entered my house and saw those terrible streaks everywhere. The employee did return, today, and raked. But throughout this ordeall, I was not offered any remuneration in the full cost I had paid for this inferior work.
