  This post is for the ladies... I need to know a good nail salon in the area. I have gone to a couple in the area over the last few months and left highly DISAPPOINTED with the service and like I wasted my money. I went to one that I thought was the premier salon in Antioch about 6 weeks ago and even with an appointment, I stood at the front desk for about 3-5 minutes and was NEVER acknowledged. Not even a "pick your color". I have been there many times. I left and went down the street and got horrible service at another place. It was slow (and not in a good way) and the pedi massage lasted about 1 minute per foot (no exaggeration). I even requested "extra message" (and willing to pay) but he didn't speak enough English to understand my request. I feel like I am disregarded because I have natural nails even though I spend about $100+ per month on mani-pedis. I have resigned to driving to and spending my extra $3+20% tip for a pedi in Green Hills until I can find a place local. Suggestions?

  Salon Image has the best nail tech, Jennifer. Tuesday and Thursday from morning til about 8 pm. She the best in town. Her pedicures are awesome, only $30.oo Give her a call at 366-1788. She does great manicures too. If you want gel nails you will have to come on Wed. Fri. or Sat. with Shawanda.
