  Wow. Surprised to hear that. Northeast has always been a top-rated HVAC service operation. Sorry but I have no personal knowledge of the local Trane guys. I have Lennox and have nothing but good to say about Vastola regarding service but don't think they do Trane. I do know a local guy here in Elma on Seneca Street who will work on any brand and serviced my Lennox before I found Vastola. Fair prices, fast service. Also had him install a roof ventilator.
