  Hi! I am looking for an awesome hairstylist who is a COLORIST that can Bleach my hair with low-lights and also great at CUTS. Sometimes I find a person who is good at one or the other but not both. Oh, and affordable. I need my roots done and a cut. Hair touches my shoulders. Anyone have a great person who can do both of those things? I am getting pictures done Nov 9 and need it done before then. Thanks!!
