  Looking for a dentist who is good with dental anxiety. Are there any friendly dentists in town who do well with dental anxiety? I need quite a bit of work done and the dentist I went to made me feel terrible about it and I would rather not go back to him.

  We were very happy with [Dr. Metzger](http://www.metzgerfamilydental.com/). I *never* had dental care growing up, so I was really nervous when my husband basically forced me to go. She was very friendly and understanding. I really appreciated that she was not judgmental or critical about my lack of previous care.
