  Looks like you got a wealth of ideas here. Have to share mine because mine is so Awesome. She is so good and painless AND gives so many hours of volunteer work downtown. Plus, on her own dime she goes to different countries on dental missions for a couple of weeks. It is Raechel Nelson 801/542-0267. Good luck!
