Instead of offering a solution to the scheduling conflict she flat out said we are full and we are canceling with you today. You will have to call the warranty company to reschedule. The words she will never say is....let me see if there is a way we can help you with your situation. You have been warned!!! LG factory repair company came out fixed same day. Had parts on van!! There was also a tech bulletin to change a part because lg knew there was a problem. Note owl tech was here 10 minutes, said the fan did not work, which it does, and left saying they needed to order parts that were not needed. This could have gone on for weeks!! They never mentioned any tech bulletin! Lg repair said all factory certified locations get notified of tech bulletins.
