  No need to get an engineer like Olver (no more anyway) DA or A&A involved unless its a public well (I am an engineer), get in touch with Clear Creek Waterworks/Clear Water Testing in Cburg 381-5700 and talk to Mark or Andrea Jones. They will take care of you.
