  I work at St Charles in the out patient rehab. Im not a therapist lol just a Clerk but the pediatric PT's are all amazing. I am actually going to bring my girls there so they can teach us some stretches for them to do to avoid serious injuries with their gymnastics. Highly recommend. 474-6111
