  Sarah Chatelle@Canalside in Pittsford (586-5030). Myself and many of my fellow pacers (including Kathy Reardon, Wendy Abbott and Megan Stockton Hammersmith) can attest. It's not "foo foo" or fun, but when she's done with you you feel like a new runner (and she's nice at the same time she's "torturing" you;-).
