  Deanna, for over 15 years I have used Peter Kunkel and his family for numerous plumbing situations. I don't know if they handle sewer line problems. They are in Fairfield and their number is 203-255-0383. The word affordable means different things to different people. I have always found their pricing to be fair and their advice to be solid. Hope this helps. If they don't do sewer line work, they might be able to refer you to someone who does.
