  Can anyone recommend an exterminator? Was using Raifsniders, but now they're refusing to come out and honor their 60-day guarantee. Said they'd refund the difference between what I paid for 3 months and what is left, which I guess is nice. But when there's a 3-inch spider in my kitchen I'd rather have an exterminator figure out what the problem is.
