  Elayne: Looking for a great old fashioned mechanic to check out and repair my sons 1993 Mercury Cougar. We took it to Cerritos Ford and they said they don't have parts or tools to repair it. . It is running but needs some work. His job depends on him having his car. PLease help asap. Thanks.

  See Randy at Ultimate Performance on Flora Vista in Bellflower. 562-461-9942. He's worked on my hubby's 49 Olds and 65 El Camino. He's very straight forward and won't jerk you around. An honest mechanic is a gem. Orlando's on Bellflower and Del Amo is good too, although they got a little pricey.
