I used to forward my US mail to a relatives place but i've been looking for other options and I have read about a few companies that collect mail and forward it overseas for a fee. Can anyone recommend such a company? I'm a bit nervous about using such a service due to a lack of privacy so I'm not sure if these companies are reliable.   We use US Global mail and have been very happy with it. You pay a monthly fee and you decide exactly each time what and when you want something mailed to you. It's not cheap to send mail overseas though but they sent though fedex for us (our choice) so it's fast and reliable. https://www.usglobalmail.com They don't open your mail unless you ask them to (they can scan the mail instead of mailing it to you) and get rid of all the junk/ads

  I use USGlobalmail.com and like them. Yes I've had things shipped here and there is usually a small fee, which I assume is tax.

When I moved I used R2I forum to its maximum capacity - you can visit http://www.r2 iclubforums.com/forums/forum.php - I guess they are still very active, though I am not a regular visitor there. Here are some R2I resources that may be useful for you... https://www.usglobalmail.com/ is a good resource if you want to keep an active address. Instruct your post office about long term forward - they normally do it for a year and you can renew forward, but 1 year good enough to change communication address for all your accounts. Port your phone to Vonage or Ooma to keep your old number active, google voice is another great alternative. For tax filing I still use S. Sharma Tax, Inc. - for business related you can use https://www.legalzoom.com/ or http://www.bizfilings.com
