About us
The Mutt Runners is a dog running and walking service, your dog is a happy dog when its an exercised dog, we offer initial assessment where we understand your dogs level of fitness (paws, endurance, strength and current exercise routine) and can both run on or off lead with your dog. We have a great range of walking choices right here on our doorstep parks, nature reserve and the beach so will vary your dogs routine to ensure they are being totally stimulated with a range of smells and new sites to explore.
The Mutt Runners are licenced running leaders and coaches through UK Athletics and Run England so have lots of experience of running with both dogs and groups.
We provide you with a full analysis of your dogs performance, distance exercised and pace using data apps that will enable you to monitor the on-going programme for your dog
The Mutt Runners are fully certified Dog First Aiders we can administer medications, recognize and respond to an emergency, perform CPR/first aid, treat common problems, and we always carry a pet first aid kit.
Range of Services.
The Mutt House
Full boarding for your doggies, they will be staying in our home enjoying the same luxuries as us, sleeping in the home and access all day to our 100 foot garden, we limit our doggy guests to a maximum of 2 so we are able to offer a great amount of attention, they will also be exercised twice a day.
Mutt House Daycare
This very popular service suits doggy owners that may have a long day ahead at work and want their doggy to be socialised and not left alone, the dog will be walked during the day and we can arrange a pick up and drop off to work around your daily commitments.
The Mutt Sitters
If you want your doggy to stay in the comfort of your home our Mutt Runners can visit up to 3 times a day to feed, play, exercise and love their dogs.
The Mutt Mobile
Our pet taxi is great if you don't have access to a vehicle or need a trip to the vets, groomers etc etc and don't have the time, we can pick... show more up and drop off and also stay with your doggy to suit you and your appointment
Home Check
Going away or have a second home and want us to keep and eye on your mansion, meet a trades person while you are at work or on holiday then we are fully insured key holders and can manage this for you.
Shop n Drop
Whilst you are on your way home from your holiday we will be busying ourselves shopping for your return (you have given us your list of course)
Have a busy dinner party and are running late home, text us your list and we will make sure you and your dinner guests don't miss out.
About our Mutt Runners.
Clare is a Running leader and Coach as well as having a corporate background in a number of business, she is passionate about anything animals and as a lover of the outdoors loves to combine exercise and time with dogs.
Sheena is a Running Leader and has just become a Mum, She loves getting William in his running buggy and taking Skye (our Labrador cross) out for light jog, long runs and walks, Sheena has a great background in working with dog behaviour too.

Dog Walking/Running
Single Session 1dog/2 dogs
30 minutes £6/£8
60 minutes £8/£10
No additional charge for feeding, administering medications
Mutt Sitting - £18 per day
The Mutt Runners will visit up to 3 times per day, daily routine can look like this
• 1 hour in the morning to exercise and feed the dog
• 30 minutes in the early afternoon to walk and play with the dog
• 1 hour in the evening to feed, exercise, and tuck the dog in for the night
Daycare (8.00am – 6pm)
1 day per week is £12.50 per day
2 days per week is £11.50 per day
3 days per week is £10 per day
5 days per week is £8.50 per day
