  Breanne at Starlet Hair Lounge, on Palo Verde & South. I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair ever again, when it comes to coloring. I get compliments almost daily on my hair and so many people are shocked it looks (and feels) so healthy, since we change the colors pretty regularly. She's easily the best colorist in SoCal.
