  Go see Dr John Claude Krusz, he is a neuropharmacologist, which is both PhD in pharmacy and MD in neuro, at http://www.anodyneheadachepain.com/ He helped me when no one else could. They do not take insurance but will file on your behalf. Not sure how much new patient appt is but others are $200/visit. He does treatment in office. He is near Presbyterian Hospital Dallas. I know it is expensive but I promise he will fix her up. He does a lot of out of town patients. Used to have the grapevine office because of it being so close to the airport but he just has the Dallas office now.
