  A friend of the velodrome has a daughter who got whacked by a car in Chicago in July. She is looking for a good "bike lawyer" to represent her since USAA has denied her claim. Any thoughts? Recommendations? She had pretty nasty injuries - 2 fractured disks in her back, 7+ weeks in a clamshell brace - Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated!
