He will also need a small herniated belly button repaired at the same time. Am looking for an experienced vet/anesthesiologist, with great before and after care. Am NOT looking for an opinion on whether to neuter, or correct the hernia! Thanks in advance :)

  You can possibly get any vet to look at the rat, but for small animals I especially suggest Arbor Creek!! Dr. Terrant has taken care of my Guinea Pig and has taken a special interest in care for small animals and Amphibians. Give a call in to ask when what they have available.
