  ISO a good, reasonable sprinkler repair person. I used a lovely guy last fall, but can't find his name....he was from Hotchkiss, Wyoming! (From the Meadows, I think.) Open to any good experiences you have had. My control box got disconnected, and I may also have a few leaks in the yard.

  ISO an independent experienced person, handyman or small *local company* that can come in and prep our yard & soil for sod we'll place ourselves (unless the price is right for someone else to do it for us). The lot needs only the slightest bit of leveling, as we'll use the grade the builder has in place for drainage. We're also interested in receiving bids for having an irrigation system installed, and whether this same individual / small local company is interested in the placement of metal rock/sod dividers and/or hauling river rock we'll have delivered to designated spots around the yard. We will supply all materials. All the candidate has to provide are references, and the quickest time frame for work to begin. Please PM me with questions and comments. I'm looking for workers, not to flood this page with posts. Thanks in advance.

  Yes, I do! He lives in the Meadows and has been taking care of my sprinkler system since I moved here in 2000. He redid part of my backyard irrigation system about 5 years ago. Let him know that I referred you. It may take him (or his wife Dayna) a day or two to get back to you. He's pretty busy this time of year. (303) 660-4721
