Give me strength... Can anyone recommend a pair of cheap (£20-£40) pair of trainers or somewhere that can give me a bit of advice ?!

  I buy new balance from m&mdirect.com, lightweight and I use mine in the gym. The running shop in Marlow can do a gait analysis but the prices are £££
